Terms and Conditions

• We provide private chef services, meal plans, catering, and event dining.
• Services will be tailored to the requirements agreed at the time of booking.
• Any changes must be confirmed in writing at least 3 days before the event or service date.

• A non-refundable deposit (amount confirmed upon booking) is required to secure your date.
• Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event/service.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be refunded (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking.
• While every effort will be made to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• We accept no liability for any adverse reactions if full and accurate information has not been provided.

• For in-home chef services, you must provide access to a safe, clean, and functional kitchen.
• Any equipment or facilities provided by you must be in working condition.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and for ensuring a safe environment.

• We hold public liability insurance and take the utmost care in food preparation and service.
• We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury beyond our control.
• All food provided must be consumed within the use-by time-frames. We are not liable for issues arising from food stored or consumed outside these guidelines.

• Travel costs may apply depending on your location.
• Additional charges may apply for bespoke requests, late changes, or extended service times.

• With your consent, we may take photographs of food or table setups for marketing purposes.
• We will never photograph guests without permission.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
